I thought there was a security for this sort of problems
1)Were you using Honorbuddy, Gatherbuddy or both on the account?
I was useing Gatherbuddy and honorbuddy. But i only used them while being in front of the computer doing other things.

When i was ban
4)What profile were you using?:

5)What combat class were you using? if None Just put Default then the Classname:
Warrior default
6)What plugins are you using?:
Blacklist
7)How many hours per day did you bot for?:
Max 12 hours a day
8)What honest percentage of time did you supervise your bot?
90%
9)How many auctions per day did you have?:
Alot - i has useing AHbuddy
10)Did you Use Any Other Bots, Hacks, or Mods?
Nope
11)Was your account involved in gold selling?
Nope
12)EU or US realm?
EU
13)Is the banned account a Scroll of Resurrection or an actual paid account?
An actual account i paid since Vanilla

I made a appeal to blizzard and my account was overturned to a 72 hours ban instead...
This is the latest response from Customer Support:
Account Name: XXXXX
Reason: Use of 3rd party software
Details: Ban overturned, 72 hour suspension placed on account
The actions above have been deemed inappropriate for the World of Warcraft, and resulted in the closure of your account. After a thorough review we have determined that the World of Warcraft license will not be permanently closed at this time. However, the account will be suspended for [72] hours.
After this suspension has ended you will be able to login normally, also remember to login to the account page first to refresh the status. Bear in mind that future violations against our policies may lead to further actions, up to and including permanent closure of the license.
