I took 30 minute breaks from using the bot, and then I hand played for 2 hours before I started the bot again, sorry if I didn't make that clear

I didn't, I let the bot run for awhile, Turned it off for 30 minutes, and then I played my toon myself for 2 hours give or take a few minutes, and then turned the bot back on.

You didn't get banned for botting, you got banned because u were reported due to inactivity/uselessness. Next time make sure ur bot works perfectly before u afk. I have configured my stuff perfectly and I'm often among the top 3 players in the battleground It's all about having the right custom class and plugins

Do you mean sleep apnea? The disorder where an individual stops breathing during sleep? I'm having trouble understanding how this helps you watch your bot but I'm glad it does!

*sigh* no they don't I bot 24/7 7 days a week using arelog and I've never been banned.

He got the ban hammer because he went AFK too many times in a BG and got kicked for inactivity multiple times (the exact number is unknown), its not because he botted for so long.
