Had 2 accounts banned about a week ago. I put in an appeal 4 days ago this was their response.

it has been more than 72 hours since i received this response, i'm assuming my permaban was overturned and changed to a 72 hour suspension? They didn't specify, but since it has been longer than 72 hours what should i do at this point? create another ticket?
