Banned 180 days , Ticket sent in asking for evidence and refund

180 day ban 4 accts now all banned ( no wow ) a total loss of 8.99 ukp a month to blizz x 4 from a very old customer who has played many years . Sent a ticket in asking for a full detailed explanation of how they come to the conclusion I am botting and requested a full refund , if all do this it will clog their system and the might realize how many good loyal people they are losing from their customer base

yes on two accts I noticed a few hours before ban a big frame rate drop down to about 6 fps from my normal 90 plus fps , lasted about 20 secs ,, maybe I should have logged in hindsight
