Banned - 17/08/2016

Hi All,

Thanks to the user below for the Ban Report template I have used below.

Hopefully this information may help someone.

Created: 5/07/16

Software Used: iPhone 6, Nox and Pokefarmer.

5/07 - 10/08: Used only with my iPhone 6 manually.
10/08 - 13/08: Used Nox, staying within my local capital city.
13/08 - 16/08: Used PokeFarmer within my local areas. Sometimes (~6 occasions) I was accidently logged in on my iPhone. I was probably too hasty in changing gps location on several occasions, however I still only ever stayed within my local capital city.

Hours botted per day: 5-8

Softbans: Happened prior to the ban after some of the aforementioned changes in gps location.

Hardban: Cant get contact with the server on the app on my iPhone or to get to my inventory on PokeFarmer.

• Sometimes travelled too fast in Nox, however I tried to "fix" it asap on each occurrence;
• Settings in PokeFarmer were: jogging, running between pokestops, random throw accuracy (occasionally), stay near lured pokestops, instant transfer;
• Leveled up multiple pokemon via PokeFarmer (~30) pokemon in one go;
• Never went overseas on my account, only to Sydney, Aus for 1 short appearance prior to returning and keeping the bot in Western Australia;
• Approximately 200k Stardust was stored;

If there are any queries please don't hesitate to ask,

Time to try and "safely" bot a new account.

How do you get a new account? I tried setting up a new google account and entering the game and I just get some screen saying the servers are humbled by my request. Please be patient we are working on this?
I'm pretty sure I was banned. When trying to open I get the failed to retrieve data from servers deal. What I'm not sure about is if it was from botting, which I only did occasionally, never more than 2 hours drive from my home town. This seems to have happened after I had not used the bot at all or played by hand at all for a period of 5 days. My phone was also crapping out on me and I got a new phone. I switched carriers as well, was unhappy with my old carrier so figured since I had to get a phone was a good time to switch. I d/led the app, logged in to make sure it was working on the new phone. Apparently as I had my old phone still on and in it's efforts to make everything as difficult as possible it opened the app all on it's own. So I'm pretty sure I was logged in on my old phone which was at my house, while I was checking to make sure it worked on my new phone which was at least 10-15 miles away from my house at the same time. So not sure if banned because of bot or banned because my old phone was a piece of crap! LOL If it was for botting so be it I knew the risks, if it is because of the phone deal, that's a load of crap for sure! But either way I would like to live and learn and start over but doesn't seem to be working, not sure what that humbled by my request deal is about. Checked two sites and both say the servers are up and functioning so...?

You need to log out of the game on your phone, before you can enter the new google credentials. This is a quick fix to get the log out button vivsible.

*Close the app
*Turn on flight mode on the phone
*Start the app - wait
*You will get error message saying there is no network
*Remove flightmode
*Now the log out button will appear
*Be quick and press it
*You can now enter new credentials
