Banned 16.4

One of my GB2 accounts got suspended today, this is the email i received:

Offense: Use of Bots or Third-Party Automation Software

Blizzard has terminated this World of Warcraft license after identifying the usage of bots or other cheat software.

These programs (commonly called cheats, bots, and hacks) automate certain aspects of gameplay, or provide unintended advantages and abilities to the player. This type of cheating undermines other players' experience and severely upsets the balance of the game environment.

Blizzard reserves the right to terminate access for conduct of this nature, with or without warning, as noted in the World of Warcraft Terms of Use:

This is a perm ban i guess? And where can i try to get it unbanned/72h ban instead?

Update: Got my account back from perm ban, now its only a 72h ban.

I went on with the: I admit using this "program", and i didnt know it was not allowed, and i promised i would never do it again etc.
Just wrote like i was dumb and sorry for what i had done, and it worked great.

Ive told em that me and my gf farms alot and the schools teachers had a lockout so school is closed..
Changed my perm ban to 72 hours

Reply on my ticket:

Your account has been suspended for 72 hours and placed on a final warning for the verified use of illegal third party programs.

Following a review of your case, I can confirm that the evidence presented was correct, and that the subsequent action taken was appropriate. Our decision in this matter stands, and will not be overturned. Bla Bla Bla
