Banned 12/12 US BigRed

This happened last Sunday but I was muted for a week.

1) Were you using DemonBuddy on the account at the same time the ban/suspension occurred? (Kicked offline due to being Banned)

I was botting 9 accounts and playing a HC character (mule). I randomly got a BSOD. Reset my computer and when i tried to log back in all 12 of my farming accounts were banned. My mule, mostly hand played HC toon was NOT banned and is still not banned. Luckily, this account held all the gold. I got a email 5 minutes later. Almost all accounts were plvl 100.

4) How did you level your characters? Please give some details

Hand leveled until i could run Champion-Hunting on normal. Just changed the above profile to load Normal instead of Inferno. Once an account hit plvl 100 i tried to sell it.

5) What combat class were you using? if None Just put Default then the Classname:

All Skorn, IK set, rend/revenge barbs. All on mp1 except one elite barb on mp 8.

6) What plugins are you using?

Giles + Darkfriend

7) How many hours per day did you bot for?:

Whenever the authentication servers were working. Probably an average of 16-18/24 to compensate for selling and downtime.

7.5) What honest percentage of time did you supervise your bot?

5-10% Just when I would play HC or need to sell.

8) How many auctions per day did you have?:

120 gold auctions a day

8.5) Did you use the Real Money Auction House (RMAH)?

30 Real Money auctions a day

9) Did you Use Any Other Bots, Hacks, Mods, or Exploits?

Just Demon buddy, but all accounts dual wielded skorns for months until they finally fixed that it in a patch.

10) Was your account involved in gold selling?

All accounts were involved in gold and item selling on the RMAH, official forums and d2jsp. All money went to 3 separate paypal accounts that were already in good standing before I started botting.

Total accounts grossed $14,500ish minus the cost of accounts and software. Thats Over 12k profit and with a free high end computer. Early on, I decided I wold spend all money the money I made from demon buddy immediately just so I can say I paid for it in Diablo Gold. So, I bought a used jeep and a Yamaha r6. I think i still have enough for the trailer Can't wait to get in some track days next summer.

11) What server region where you connected to (The Americas, Europe or Asia)?

I don't think so. I withdrew over 4k after the bans.

I also had 2 Sark demon hunter bans a long time ago, still using that same paypal account without any problems. I added two more accounts as I grew.

Well a lot of effots you have made there - seriosuly Good job managing all 12 making a lot of auctions) they survived a lot, but finally they've found you( As i got it you didnt use Yars? No relogger is a pain. Gl in the gym)

What version of DemonBuddy were you running at the time of the ban?

How old were all your bots?

I started 5 bot when the very first champ farming profile became available after my sark bans (Maybe 3-5months ago?). Within another month i had 9 bots after another month I had 12.

Were you using a VMware setup or running several copies of D3?

No VMware or *****s. From the ban reports in the forum, its been fairly obvious that vm/*****s offer no protection and certainly not worth the money or processing power. I got my computer used on ebay, their was a post all about it awhile ago.

However, when I had the sark bans a month after game launch i did swap out my router before i started the new accounts. I just told time warner cable it was broken and they swapped it out for free. Honestly, i feel like it probably didn't matter but who knows.

Did your accounts trade items or gold between one another at all?

I did this every time. 11 of my accounts traded all the gold to my senior farmer (#12). He would then give all the gold to my my most junior farmer who would then give it to my mule/HC account. I thought this might look like I sold gold to a friend or somthing.

If gold prices were good I would sell on RMAH. If not I would exchange for HC and wait for the SC or HC prices to go up and exchange accordingly. I was constantly buying and selling on the forums with my mule account so I thought this combined with the method above *might* stop my mule account from getting banned.

Senior toon, junior toon, and mule are the RMAH accounts

Mule still hasn't been banned and still has quite a bit of gold. could just be luck though...

3 accounts, my gut told me 10k+ to one paypal account will probably get me banned,

also there's taxs to think about....
