So I gave it a try with this:
Dear Blizzard custumer support,
it seems I can only choose WoW1 game license though I do not play this game. My account was banned for using third party software on Diablo 3 RoS. I installed this as I was frustrated not getting the ancient hellfire amulet I wanted and I thought I could give it a try. But I realise now how stupid it was, and unfair to other players. I love blizzard games, and I swear in the future I will not use 3rd party software. I appologize to blizzard staff, and I would understand as well if you wish to keep this ban. I am asking for a chance. I don't feel like trying to lie to you because I know exactly what I have done and perhaps so do you. All I can hope for is that you reconsider my situation, first offense, and reduce my penalty so I can enjoy once again a great game with my friends. In any case, if anyone checks these appeals, give me a last warning, and I'll be on my way to great blizzard games. I feel bad about this, and don't want to leave blizzard like this. Thank you for your time and consideration,
