bannd but no email from Blizzard

I can't login to armory Answers band I can only do so much for my phone

usually takes some time, wait a day and you should have a mail.
if you log in it should say if the acc is temporarily suspended or something else

I gor one banned for buying ref time i didn?t get any email, i?v spent hours and opened 30-40 tickets asking for them to send me an email, i always get the same respond that they will never ever unban, i?v never ever asked them to.

I don?t think they read the tiickets.

not exactly sure what you mean but the Armory phone app was incorrectly reporting people as banned when they werent actually
