Bank Alt account Perma-Banned

So my guild bank account got banned, with some accusation that it was botting- well true it was auctionhousing but still bogus that they can detect it. So anyhow this banktoon has the millions of gold in his guild, fortunately i had other accounts in that guild who were officers, and only the guildmaster can withdraw the gold. so i filed a petition to have my second account toon to take over as guildmaster, it was successfull and i have my millions of gold back at my disposal!

What i need to know is i did lose a lvl85 farming toon on this account, do you guys keep your bank-alt accounts seperate from your botting accounts? Do you use a seperate IP for your bankalt who hold the millions of golds, and do you use a seperate FirstName/LastName not linked to your bots?

What is the best way to avoid this happening again?

im thinking of opening 2 vanilla accounts:
1. Will be one lvl1 guildmaster toon who has a guild lets call it "X" with millions of gold in it
2. Will be my bank-alt AuctionHouse toon, who auctions 1000's of mats in Auctionhouse 24/7 and auto-deposits gold nightly to the guildbank.

I assume this account2 toon will get banned one day for 'abuse of economy'. But my guildmaster toon should be safe hording the gold?
 
you can feel lucky that the gold is still there... i had a bank-and-auction toon, and when it got banned, blizz took out all the gold of the all the guildbanks i had over several realms... haven't been millions but severel 10k...
 
For anyone that wants to know, the max amount of gold an officer can withdraw is 100,000G per day. I tried setting it to one mill , but it wont work, i guess blizz doesnt want officers ninja'ing.

This backfired on me though, as my guildmaster got banned, and as an officer of my guildbank, i have to witdhraw 100,000G in a span of 10days to equal 1million. But fortunately i got promoted to guildmaster so i can withdraw unlimited. What sucks though is that everyday my bankalt gets 1500-2000mails a day of matts and successfull auctions. Each day i make 50-90k gold , so i lost that much gold plus a bit more cause the toon was hording a bunch in his pocket and mailbox.

They would have totally banned my guild, with the exception that i anticipated this coming. So what i did is download weeks ago an addon that auto-invites guildless toons , and my guild has over 100members (although majority of them are low level newbs and guild still stuck at lvl2)

I think it helped to make it look like a legit guild, so harder for them to ban the guild as they can't trace if 100members who in on it or not.

I'm trying to see if i can get the guild at lvl25, as they sell for 150-200k gold in local server forums. I tried buying a lvl25 guild for 150k the other day, but i thought, forget that thats close to 75$ US dollars i can sell to chinese gold seller instead. So i created a lvl1 toon and added tons of ppl, hopefully hit the 999 guild member mark.

Ohh ya, carefull when inviting lvl1 toons, they will bann the guildmaster for accidently inviting a lvl1 chinese gold seller to the guild. I know cause i got a perma ban on my bankalt which i had to file a petition to get it unbanned. Unfortunately this time, they got tired of me selling too much stuff in AH and someone probably reported me for botting AH.
