I just got banned on all my new accounts , 5 days old can i open dispute on paypal to get refund ? There is any European law about 30 days or something right ?

I'm sure you can but you will never be able to use that payment method again for WoW. some people did this in the last ban wave.

EDIT:
Any future accounts with your name on it after you do a charge back would probably be closely monitored. Blizzard doesn't like getting screwed over and as hunter below me stated: You paid the price to play the botting game. If you couldn't afford to lose the accounts you should of never entered the botting game. "Never bot on an account you can't afford to lose" has always been the golden rule and still remains.

You broke the rules and paid the price. Don't do a charge back. Suck it up and start again.

fuck that, get your money back. Get a new account with a different payment. Don't settle for losing 60 bucks because you botted! TAKE WHAT YA CAN, GIVE NOTHING BACK!

Did you bot not at the computer???? I bot a lot and for hours but I'm usually always monitoring it somehow. In the room. Remote Desktop. Mobile apps. Auto shutdown from task scheduler. But you bot at your own risk. Be grateful it's not on a main account with all your ish.
