Ban Risk of Inactive bots

I know there is allways a chance of getting banned when using bots/exploits,
but I'm wondering if there is a chance that after i stopped botting a could/will get banned.

The reason I'm asking this question is that, I'm atm using DB to help me reach paragon lvl 100 on my main account.
I intend to stop botting on that account after I have reached lvl 99.

long story short.
can i play on my main account without the fear of getting banned, after i stoped using DB ?

Hey man, that's a good question. I am also botting my main account to paragon 100 and then will stop on this account for good. It's a paragon 98 right now and I have been botting non stop 24/7. Once it's 100, I will probably play it without botting for 2-3 months and if I haven't gotten a ban I will upgrade to collectors edition. I been using buddy products for a few years now and from my experience, if your accounts are not banned after inactivty for a long time then they're not just going to get randomly banned unless you start botting on them again.
 
Considering they ban in waves, I'd think once you're marked you're fucked. Granted you dont know when you triggered the markage, but I would say once you see a lot of people banned and you're not, then you're safe lol.

Exactly, you can bot 24/7/365, and stop as long as you did not get flagged, you won't get banned unless of course the human interaction comes into play and someone looks, but typically banwaves are not looked over by a human, accounts are marked. Even if you bot a total of 2 hours on an account over its entire life, and it happened to be a time they detect something and mark accounts, your doomed.

Moral of the story, if you don't want to lose it, don't bot it.
 
Agree but tbh if they flagg someone shouldnt they ban that person right away instead of waiting for ???? of time. evil blizzard drops the hammer when they feel like it :/. but knowing that you can get banned gives me a thrill tbh :D

seems they are not banning imediately after account flagged, they activating ban hammers like happend in December
 
One Blizzard GM wrote me that they only keep player's data from 1 month ago when I appealed for unban.
They refused to investigate my case because I told them my account was stolen 2 month ago.

So perhaps at least wait for one month?
 
the only time you will get banned is if they are already on a list to get banned.

So if i start my bot now they registrate it now and only keep keep that data for 1 month or what do you mean exactly?

Yea, from that GM's reply.
But I doute it because I read somewhere that a guy got his account back which had been hacked 2 months ago.
I thought GM was too lazy to check for me because I already submitted too many tickets.

Do Not Bot ON ANYTHING You Are Not Willing To Loose
