Well, few things
1: my account has a clean records. No warnings, no suspensions, none of that.
2: This was just straight up a perma ban. Again, no 72 hr bans, no suspending, no warnings. Just a big fat perma-ban.
3: I only (Consistently) used the bot for like 2 days.
I am very surprised that i got caught this fast. I just posted a ticket to blizz about how I was wondering how bots worked, got an honor buddy, checked it out, and accidentally left it on when i left for class, which is basically true.
Whatever happened to ban protection!
11/8/15 I was using the questbot, and quested from 8 in the morning to 3 in the afternoon, stopped, played on my main, until 8 PM, botted till 10:30 PM, and then turned off my laptop and went to bed.
12/8/15 I was using the questbot again, quested from 8 in the morning to 11, got d/ced, got back at 1:00 PM, quested till ~7PM, turned off bot, afked, and tabbed back to find myself banned.
What i don't get is 1: Nothing the bot was doing was out of the ordinary
2: i wasn't going on for crazy hours
3: i was discovered in 2 days.
That's just REALLY bad luck?
