there is no ban 'rate' its just chance, luck and being smart about it.

Don't use dungeon buddy afk, you deserve to get banned if you do. If you watch it you shouldn't have a problem.

There isn't really a "ban rate", if you get banned while using dungeonbuddy it's probably because you're looking very bottish and/or isn't responding.

I've used DungeonBuddy before but I was sitting next to the computer watching a movie on another screen incase someone would whisper me.
