Ban over turned into 72 hr ban

evening guys i got a ban today , complained about it and said never have and never would use it ofc and they turned it into a 72hr ban what time scale would u say before botting again please

i just said sorry but i dont know what the hell is going on , my son been playing my acc who is 5 yrs old playing with friends and family and now cryinghis eyes out as he carnt get on, i come bk from a 12 hr shift to find out u banned my acc i what to know whats going on ,


15 mins later.........sorry but whats this i get a email from u saying i am useing a bot/ hack , i would never and will never use such a program please respond as i am very unhappy with your way of conduct and would like prof of any wrong doing on my acc for the past 5 yrs thank you have a good evening .
