Ban delays?

More and more people are getting banned in the last few weeks. I asked myself today, if there is a Ban-Delay or a time-period, that Blizzard needs to Ban your Account or to recognize that youre botting.

I'm pretty anxious that my Account is getting banned, even if I dont bot for the next days/weeks. Do u Guys know something about that ?

yes, they can delay and If I had to guess it would a max of 30 days... but I believe it's more like up to 15 days (they may randomize it between this time).

the time in which they were ban doesn't matter, it's what they where mostly doing.

So it is possible that my Account is getting banned the next days ? That would be horrible

Last Week I botted about 12 Hours a day, three days long. Only Leveling, but the bot got stuck often and I first recognized it when I was at home.

Yes, they sometimes delay people with multiple accounts so one goes and then the next day that one get's closed too.

Bot does get stuck often sadly.

My Account ist my only one. But okay, i'll hope that I dont get banned and stop botting until this huge banwave is over...

Is there a great chance to reduce the ban to a 72h ban instead of a perma?
I bought Gold about 4 years ago, back then I also got a 72h ban.

Probably but I've seen players from vanilla never getting their accounts back so this depends on the GMs...when I've been banned yesterday my account was 2 days old and every day boting for 4-5 hours private profile etc..these times are really strange..hope they will chill out a little

Does Blizzard only ban when youre online? Or do they also ban Offline Accounts?

Because i only read ban-reports about people, who started their bots and got banned after 5 Minutes..

People have reported that after adding game time like 2 months after botting they still got banned, (so no game time, means no ban) if you meant online as the character is in-game then it doesn't matter as people come back after sleeping etc and attempt to login and get met with a ban.

Seems there are no delay... Blizzard are in frenzy mode... in all the years i see alot of days where blizz are going in ban mode but i never see that there are ban so hard and every day

Some people have reported being banned over night. Receiving an email that night.
Others reported being teleported first, preceding the ban.

A ban could occur any time.
