Ban Chance?

Ok so my first account got banned and was unsuccessful at getting it back. So I had to start anew account, and was aloud to on the same battle.net account.
I was wondering If the bnet account gets flagged or the individual game key. and if It would be safe to bot again.

I don't want to bot to the same extent as previous, Just want to get a couple of toons to level past the first 58 levels which I hate. I have a separate account for gold farming etc.

Yes and no.

1. It does not get flagged per se.
2. If you have a ton of banned licenses already on your account and you're trying to appeal for a 72h instead of a perm, gl.
