Balance druid, dosnt change to moonkin form

Hey I got this problem when i'm in balance specc on my Druid and he does not wanna use the moonkin form, I've searched trough the whole bot for settings to somehow apply the use of moonkin form but it doesnt exist..
anyone who knows what do to or to fix this problem?
Yes i'm a bit of a noob no need to point that out
