badNodes not working

Since 09/02 badNodes in fresh version not working. All badNodes tryin to harverst with bot.

P.S. Ive manually add bad nodes in badNodes.xml then set Read-only on BadNodes.xml because dont like how add SY bad nodes in list. Sometime SY add white nodes to bad nodes. So ive learned structure badnodes.xml in new version is not changed (such as in old version)
