Bad luck.

I must be in a bad luck streak. Have been botting for some time. Got 1 ban so far but it was a unmerged account so no big deal. As many say, never gamble what you are not willing to lose. So i never farm on my main account. I'm a competitive raider so i had my main account secured, no bot and with a authenticator.
Last night i drop some water on the authenticator that did some malfunction so i remove it from battle.net.
Today my surprise. Try to log in and discover that i been hacked and that the gold transaction the "Chinese" did lead to a ban...

Now i'm stuck because this account was from a friend that i lose contact and the support GM ask me for a ID scan that i cant provide.

Bad luck me got an clean account close by abusing the economy done by an Hacker, been myself a botter and never been ban for that...

Any suggestions to get pass the ID thing? I play this account for 4 years. Is it possible to get around by sending my real ID? Is linked to the payment credit card used for 4 years.
