Bad Lag since new HB?

Alright, so I've noticed some serious lag spikes since I started using the new HB. Just wondering if anybody else has been having this issue or not. I'm questing by hand but using the HB CR's. Ever since I fired up the latest release of HB, I have been getting nasty lag spikes that I never had before. This an HB issue or something else?

nope.. although I do get a hiccup as mob's die. Example.. Pull 10 mobs, runs smooth, last one dies... screen stutters.. then back to normal

I know how weird this sounds, But if you know you have a decent PC-but still get low FPS in wow- I increased my framlock to 30- This returned my FPS to normal.. (100FPS) at 15 frame lock it returns it back to like 10-20..

It doesn't make sence to me- perhaps something insnt working as intended, because increasing the framlock should decrease your FPS

How does HB affect your wow ping?

I assumed he was talking about FPS... Not Lag.
