No changes to my system or hardware. Only change was upgrading HB to the new version. Is there somewhere to adjust/disable/enable FrameLock anymore like there used to be? With HB running on CombatBot I drop all the way down to 15 FPS.
Running on a 970 GTX TI, 32 GB RAM, 3.4 Quad core. Shouldn't be a hardware issue.
