Back to WoW, but can't login into Honorbuddy!

Me and a buddy had an HB Elite with 3 sessions (He owned 2 and I owned 1), we merged our HB accounts back in 2011 but then I stopped playing WoW in August the same year. I tried logging in but he changed the password since, the thing that suprised me was when I tried reseting the password I received an error saying that the e-mail wasn't recognized, I haven't heard from my friend for about a month, otherwise I wouldn't be posting here. I know all this sounds weird but if Bossland could help me out I would be eternally grateful! Cheers!

EDIT: If it's any use I still have the invoice number when the HB/GB accounts were merged, 44830
