if you don't mind please give lazy Dbuddy a few short answers:


- RAF accounts still available and useful?
- WoD a "must have" if i want to farm good gold amounts? buy at european blizzard-online store good choice? i can hit lvl 90 with 1 click after a few days? rly?
- cheapest monthly payments? (raf time dead?)
- working relogger with profile switcher available?
- which investment i should consider for a less-dangerous farm profile? (i think i won't try to write my own profile)
- is 1 farm-bot (without shuffling) even worth the time?
- botting few hours/day possible without babysitting?

my purpose: bot for fun/science and for gold.
i don't want to farm mounts/purples/whatever or feed a main.

I started botting again last month on 3 accounts with 2 Warlords of Draenor and 1 Mists of Pandaria licenses across 2 Battle.net accounts running 10-14 hours a day.
Both accounts are attached to the Russian region because of the very low license and subscriptions fees. I'm currently obviously still setting up/trying things out, but i leveled almost all characters using the Myriad RaF/official leveling profile.
I'm using HBRelog to automate a few things like Dailys/Garrison stuff for all my current characters, but i'd say that i still do like 80% of setting up profiles manually. (I do work from home, the bots are usually running on my 2nd and 3rd monitor)

If your goal is just to make plain gold without a huge investment, running old raids on one or multiple MoP accounts is probably the most common way.

I farm mats on 2 accounts and feed them to a AH bot on each account keeps me pretty loaded. Also use Arelog for re logging and profile swapping.

so what has to be done?

- change mac (have been banned ~2 years ago for WoW Botting on this machine)
- create a new Bnet account with RU region (no proxy needed?)
- pay with a new payment option (dunno which data blizzard is saving. got a new credit card, but of course my name/country is still the same) maybe new paypal-mail addy better?
- buy RU battle chest + RU WoD
- change language to english? (hopefully i don't have to read something in RU previously, hopefully i don't need any pro x y)
- buy 60 days RU gametime
- pay for a good leveling profile? https://www.thebuddyforum.com/thebu...eutral/221683-myriad-power-leveling-pack.html not for me, because i don't have a booster (i have 2 HB keys, but i think i won't start with 2 accounts, too much time needed)
- bot 24hours/day and get banned after 3 days
ok, just joking...
- after reaching lvl 100 hopefully buy a good farm route and/or other profiles to switch. mail ore/herbs/whatever to a lvl1 bank and run ahbuddy
- btw: melee class - ok, but which build exactly?


i see lot of work incoming *hehe*

or should i really stick to a MoP account, farm older regions and save some time/money?

Please keep in mind that my first post isn't a guide how to start out, i'm just sharing MY experience and MY current setup.
I'd be happy to help you get started and to share some knowledge about how to level/gear up your character, professions and stuff like that. Just send me a PM.

-Changing your MAC will do nothing to protect you. If you're botting from the same machine you were banned from before, there's nothing you can do to protect yourself from being banned if you're flagged. Read my signature, it will explain it a little better.
-Changing your payment option won't work either. Even with a new paypal account. Blizz can easily track your name and billing address, even with a new payment option.
-Buying RU keys and using them on the US may make you look more suspicious
-use any dps build you see fit. If you're farming/mining/herbing, there will be very little difference between any of them.

I agree with the first point that you made, theres no magic trick to just get rid of all the possible triggers. Imo it's all about minimizing the risk by staying as lowkey as possible, changing things up, not doing the same thing for too long over and over again etc. Changing your MAC address won't help. If Blizzard wants to identify you as a botter, i'm sure they can.

By the way: You can't use Russian accounts on the US region. Russian accounts got merged/converted to the European game region last year. See here for more information. You can use them to play on every European realm, but the license/gametime fees are only about 40-50% compared to a "normal" European account.
You can buy the keys on different reseller sites, so you don't have to worry about any billing or payment information.

Using a Russian account can obviously make you more suspicious, but i personally never had any problems.

well, i know there are 100's of things which can protect my account. or the other way round - make my account banned.

i guess i have to decide on my own where i should invest time and money to hide; and where i should go straight.

i dunno if i want to spend that much for EU keys and gametime... makes it even harder to get the money back via gold.

RU account playing at EU server is ok i hope? (if it works??)

i also don't want to buy a old machine just for WoW botting...
if blizzard is saving hardware and billing data over 2 years... *whow*... hopefully not...

if it works - great. if not - no problem...

but i don't want to invest:

- new hardware (150€+)
- EU key (35€+)
- EU Gametime (10€+ per month)
- combat routine (10€+)
- farm routes (20?30€+)

If Blizz doesn't store your info for 2 years, why are you taking any measures at all? If it's not stored any longer, you don't need to take any security measures. Buy a wow account, activate the account, start botting. If you get banned, you get banned.

I agree with ryftobuddy. I ran 8 accounts from 1 pc, none of this BS VM etc etc, one of my accounts got banned out of the 8. Other 7 were fine, I then sent blizzard an email calling them desk monkies etc and wham rest of my accounts got hit even the legit ones.

btw: it seems the US economy is more stable (better gold prices) compared to EU ?
