Back To DB - Need install assistance

Hello,

Its been some time since I have been on the site... Glad to see DB is up.

I have not used DB on this computer before so I am starting from scratch.
Specs:
Win10 Pro | Asus Z170 Deluxe | i7 6700K @ 4.60 | GTX 970 4GB | 16 GB DDR4 Platinum 3200 MHz | 1 TB SDD

I changed my game to 32 bit, I used the installer and installed it to C:\Demonbuddy

I logged in with my key, adjusted the settings and Trinity settings, I got the neph profile running that came with the install.

When I am running, the game is super choppy..I don't remember it ever running this poor.

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

I have discord, but disabled the overlay function and it remains the same.
I have teamviewer installed and have used to before to run DB and never had an issue. Having it installed but not running along with DB

I have set both to 185. Running 1.1.540 fresh copy. Running At 7-9 FPS still

I just looked at my task manager, Would anyone know why Twitch is attached to my D3?

Edit1: Removed the overlay from Twitch

Edit2: Still running at 9 FPS - got stuck with full inventory and was persistent in trying to pick up the yellow. Manual closed - did not even make a full rift. Please view 18680 2018-10-18 15.46
