Back on WoW after a long break - question on profiles!

I had a quick look around but there seems to be so many different 1-90 profiles I just dont know what to choose. I am playing Alliance on Outland. I havent played WoW for a good duration so I am completely in the blue as to the current state of any profiles etc. I just wondered if anyone could make any reccomendations in terms of whether it should be a questing profile I use or other and also if possible a time frame I could expect to get to 90 in on a single character. I am looking to leave it running 24/7 for a few days straight.
