I've decide to get back into the game even though i was suspended twice with two different accounts at level 3x & 4x. Thus i'd highly appreciate it if you can share with me any recommended settings for the latest poke-farm + roles which will keep me safe from getting suspend.

No. just make sure you have 2captcha enabled though

typically however you want to try to remain as human as possible if the account you are working on is meant for keeps, so then you would obviously want to avoid 24/7 behaviours. Also check out the sticky post about "Share your behaviours with the community." That will have some great logic rules to set (especially the ones from Necrid)
