Avoidance and paragon leveling gone?

I accidentally pressed the reset button and now all of the avoidance options are gone as well as paragon leveling and I am sure other options as well. Other than doing a fresh install is there any way to fix this?

As stupid as this sounds check to see if your Trinity plugin is checked under plugins, I did this earlier today and had a similar issue where there were no options and for some reason the Trinity checkbox was unchecked.
