Yes and no.
Wildbuddy has a better implementation of Honorbuddy's "blackspot" system. The difference being, that when you tell the bot to add one, it does it on a proper cylinder for that spot, and it's very fast. They're called "temporary obstacles". You can only have 512 of these active at a time. I'll get some code examples together to show how they'd be used. Just note that temp obstacles are a full "removal" of navigation data for that spot. (Instead of HB, which just severely devalues it)
As far as "avoiding" in the normal sense, no, there's nothing like that built in.
