Avoid in Profile

I avoided Luzran the undead butcher and I blackspotted his spawn point (though he walks around).. but he still kills me?

Does he have like super attack range?

Not sure, he's just an Undead with a cleaver, a big fat one just standing there or walking around the Dead Scar area (Blood Elf).

It is a big problem if we can't avoid these supers (elite mobs) because they'll just mow down the character and do it over and over again.

Sadly, avoiding doesn't do much if the big baddies run into you
