Nobody will ever bot forever and not get banned. Could be a day, could be a month, or a year.
If you care about your account, stop botting now and never bot again.
If you don't care (and you shouldnt, literally only 80 bucks for a new account and can bot that one into oblivion too) then keep botting.
If you have friends that play and want to continue to play with them, then stop botting, you will get banned, you will not get away with it.

I agree with Haxx, if your scared and you know it, dont bot. if you dont care about wasting your energy by having your computer on 24/7, and all the time investment that you put into game including game being bought, Then bot all you want, just have your fingers crossed 
. If your a baby and broke, no money, and have your only one account and spent thousands of time on it, i would stop right there and then and hope your not being flagged. Those who cry and scared need to be banned, there should be an option for that in diablo.
