AVAST- Newly seeing latest patch as Malware

Hello all- I don't think the site would intentionally inject malware but AVAST seems to think this latest patch has it and it won't open. I disabled and updated but is there a way for future patches to not be seen in this manner? Here are the log files from today. View attachment 2016-09-12_T21_03_20.txt Any information is helpful as this is the first time Avast has reacted this way towards any files from this bot.
