I was having a problem where the bot would interact with the repair vendor but not sell anything or repair. It would get stuck in an infinite loop running between the mailbox and the vendor, and one time I let it run like this for several hours without realizing (I hope I was not reported - no ban yet).
The problem started after I turned level 60 and the repair vendor now had several quests that I could accept. I imagine the issue is related to the quests, although it did still open up the vendor dialog.
The workaround I found was to install these two add-ons:
AutoRepair: http://wow.curse.com/downloads/wow-addons/details/autorepair.aspx
AutoVendor: http://wow.curse.com/downloads/wow-addons/details/autovendor.aspx
Hope this helps out someone else who is having the same issue.
EDIT: This will only resolve vendor issues if the bot is currently opening the vendor dialog. If the dialog is not being open these add-ons won't do anything.
