Automatic DB update won't work

[FML]

When I start DB it tells me there is a new version to update to.

When I press Yes, it opens a DOS Prompt which tells me the old exe can not be deleted because it's currently opened. And thus the update process fails.

I also can not close Db before clicking on yes.
How to solve this?
