Going through a few different forum threads (and forums - elitepvpers, ownedcore and here) and I can't help but notice people are inclined to believe that its exceedingly easy to receive a ban with using it and that its best not to use it at all, so my questions are:

a) Is this true?
b) What makes it so noticeable that a bot is being used to do this? (I presume it has something to do with the 'perfect' look of the planting, which is countered with the randomised planting option.
c) Which is the better AutoFarmer to use?

In my opinion it's easy to spot a bot, It's always easy.. in all the games, so getting banned is a possibility, just don't bot in your main

Autofarming...more than perfect look, the thing is they see someone in the farm planting/gathering 24/7 (Not human-like) and that's suspicious, normal players never plant farms more than 2 times a day and they usually plant bundles because they're lazy people....

What Mitryy said, I mean, does it matter if the planting is geometric precise or random, when there is 400 barley seeds in a gazebo? Or if a player is doing lame or l33t combos against mobs, if he is there a dozen hours or more per day?

Bots are easy to spot, for that you have to think outside the box, farm/grind in incredibly unpopular places in non-business hours for example.
