AutoEquip2 plugin issue

*Posting this now, but will update if it's been fixed with the most recent release*

AutoEquip2 is equipping bows and guns on melee characters. I've had this happen repeatedly on my warrior and rogue over the last few days. I have just updated, so I'm not sure if the newest build has this problem.

I'll post a log if it happens on the most recent build. (.457)

Not sure if this is the same thing - I'm using HB 2.5.6284.457 and it seems to not be detecting the character's spec, it's just equipping the highest scored item (although it does seem to be using the correct armor class).
i.e. I've been using a Feral Druid and Ret Paladin (levels 80-84), and it is frequently replacing Agi Leather with Int Leather, Str Plate with Int Plate (it affects weapons too).
 
Same issue with a Mage. It'll have a dagger equipped, then try and equip a wand in it's ranged slot (thus changing it for the MH weapon) - and stands there swapping between the 2.

dont think itgot anything to do with the HB ver. since the Plugin needs to be Up-to-Date... anyway .. ya my lvl 79warri keeps using his old BC gear just becouse the IMBA LK gear needs sockets... (still is allot better). same on my Hunter.. he keeps using Int and trengh gear... and with my Paly he just isnt using anything at all......

How to solve the Problem: Just put the Plugin Off and ge change gear yourself each 1-2hours or just let him run in old gear.. ( i lvld my botting pally from 80(SoR) to 85 JUST with PvP and have you seen PvP gear for lvl 84??? NO i keept my lvl 80gear and just replaced 2-3 items into lvl80pvp gear becouse i had to waist some Honorpoints.. ;) and he fine questing too in gear wich is 5lvl under him and more
 
yeah, im working on a warrior, walk away for a few and come back to find that the character has died 10 times because it keeps equiping bows instead of my maces or swords, resulting in the character just standing there and dying all the time.
 
Also having issues. Prot Pally questing -> equipping as Holy Paladin. Sweet. :)

EDIT: Temporarily solved my problem by switching the weight sets on Protection and Holy. Since HB was choosing the Holy weight set I just renamed the Holy weight set to Protection etc

EDIT #2: Attached log. Weight Set near the bottom.

I have found a solution to this problem.. download the addon "Lootfilter"

In game type "/lootfilter" and go to "Type"

Select a subtype: weapon

Then mark wands, guns, bows and crossbows to be deleted. After that it will delete any of those items upon looting/receiving them therefore you cannot equip them. Perfect for leveling. Works for my priest. Sorry for my English as it is not my first language.

Thank you for this information! :) Even though it's only a "bandage" fix.
