I've found cases where AutoEquip will swap out items for much, much worse ones with much lower ilvl. No idea why, but hoping this thread will shed some light

.I am asking if i am able to define my own weights for determining the value of one piece of gear over another.
HB is constantly swapping out gear that i do not agree is better. even if i disable auto equip, it still swaps it out.......another issue entirely.

Hi, all,
You should also report the issue with specifics (the WoWhead ID of the gear in the slot, and the WoWhead ID of the gear you believe is better.) to the Release thread. People frequently mis-analyze gear. Or if there is a bona-fide bug, MaiN can explain why it made the decision it did and possibly correct it.

It seems like my issues are more related to the simplistic approach HB uses. Not saying that is bad, it is just difficult to apply some complex strategies to gear selection. Ideally, i would just like it to stay off when i de-select autoequip. It seems like some profiles are still enabling it.
