As it seems AE is not aware of the fact that you can sometimes only equip a certain numbers of items from a certain category.
This is true for various groups of items, but becomes increasingly apparent with legendary items that you can get from various sources outside of dungeons.
[AutoEquip] Equipping item Seele des Großmeisters (http://www.wowhead.com/item=151643) instead of Juwelenbesetztes Signet der Zauberklinge (http://www.wowhead.com/item=140895) (slot: Finger2) - it scored 79856.00 while the old scored 55885.00
Fails because the limit of 2 legendaries per character is already met and this would be the third.
It would be nice to fix this in a general way so unique items don't get you into trouble in the future.
Keep in mind that legendaries have a flexible cap of currently one or two depending on the order hall progress.
