Autoequip help

For some reason autoequip keeps equping stuff with intellect on it for my feral druid. I looked in the data folder for the weight sets and it seems that everything is right. My level is high enough to have a spec.

Autoequip also doesn't seem to want to equip weapons. I have a type chosen but it seems to be ignoring it.

I had these issues, move the Druid-Resto.xml and Druid-Balance.xml files to a different folder, this seemed to fix the gear issues, weapon issues I never managed to fix so I just disabled it and replaced the weapon manually every few levels. Afaik this is a known bug

Lol well at least it's not just me missing a button. Is there an alternative?

My only wish was that they'd either at least fix the plugin or provide something else that works.

It has been that was for over 1.5 years.. Don't get your hopes up.

Nope. I was going to re write it.. but since a lot of it is internal in the bot.... They are going to do need to do it.

I'm no programmer, I can make questing profiles at best, but wouldn't it be possible to just write a plugin from scratch that gives fuck all about whatever gear mechanics HB uses?
Even if HB it relies on the same hard coded system as AutoEquip for picking quest rewards, you can still make a replacement plugin for AutoEquip that uses your own algorithm for deciding what gear HB picked from quest to use.

As long as you disable the original AutoEquip it doesn't matter how broken the hard coded part of the plugin is, right? ^^
