Auto update overwrites the Singular CC ?

I tried the auto update the other day and it worked, but I lost all of my custom edits to the Singular CCs. Is there a way to get those back and prevent it from updating those in the future? Thanks.

I do have a backup. I just have to figure out which files were changed. I saw Honorbuddy backing up files as part of the auto-update and thought it would be easier to look wherever those files were saved first. It did cause a problem that might lead to a ban. One of the changes I made was to stop the aura switching in the Paladin Singular CC since it clearly looks like a bot when mining. Anyway, I didn't realize the auto update would change those files so I ran the bot as usual, and when I checked back later I saw whispers that I was being reported. Lesson learned.
