Auto Transfer - Keep 2 Highest CP and IV - Not working after update

I have my settings set to keep 2 of the highest CP and IV combination, however even after the newest update, I am still stuck with a ridiculous amount of the same Pokemon.

If there are some other settings that I could possibly look at that anyone can suggest I would really appreciate it.

dident work in last updater neither. they said it would be fixed in next update too
