This is built into Honorbuddy. Just fill in the "Mail Recipient", and mailing will be conducted whenever your bags fill.

Honorbuddy
→ Settings & Tools
→ file in "Mail Recipient" text box​

Please recall the bot should be stopped, before you attempt to modify its settings.

Honorbuddy will not mail or sell Soulbound items, so you'll have to periodically sell those out of your bag as you need. Or, use a Mr.ItemRemover plugin.
