Thank you for your prompt reply. I'm not worried about friends (just a few in fl) , neither am i worried about recent players whispering (0 in fl). What i am truly worried about is the whispers that come from persons that are nowhere on your friend/recent list and have no valid d3 profile when u check them. It happened to me before, wasn't there to respond, one day later ban.

Honestly, if a GM ghost whispers you, you're probably already going to be hit by a ban. They do not choose to whisper random people to check if you're botting lol. They have a lot more information and tools at their disposal than doing a door-to-door method of catching botters :).

Also, I'd suggest NOT letting your friends know about future bot accounts. I had RL friends report me in the past because they were jealous at what I was getting. Haters gonna hate no matter how good of friends they are.

When a gm whispers you, i understood it's in different color? Am i wrong? Why do they whisper then, if not to check if you're at keys? I really received a whisper on previous account, one day before my ban. It was in green, like from normal players, but in German Oo, not English. It wasn't an advertising type of whisper, something about infernal machines...some random questions. Whisperer nowhere to be found, fl or recent list (at that time) , d3 profile unavailable. Maybe it was haters sniping off high paragons from ranking sites and whispering them , then reporting :D. But how does one whisper to u if you're not in his list?

As for friends, i will let my heart dictate here :D and strongly choose not to believe i have that kind of haters there. All are real life friends and mature enough not to get jealous about a game =). Still, i believe that your advice is a good one regarding friend list and people should take it in consideration. At least my items don't go directly from bot to mule :D with some friends helping.
