Auto relog when disconnected

So I was wondering if it is possible for an auto relogger for then I get disconnected. See, my ISP changes hubs every night between 11pm to 6am and since I cant wait for when it happends to relog in every morning I wake up to a disconnected screen. Which is a major pain.

So I was wondering if there is anything like that now, or how easy it would be to make if possible.

I guess all it would have to do it accept the notification and log back in and start up again.
