Auto-invite to Raid from general chat "keywords: inv, invite"

So there are add-ons who auto-invites players who whispers you.
But I am looking for something that auto-invites players who say "inv" or "invite" in the general chat.

I want this for Ashran battle.

Anyone have a idea if such exists and if not, could make one or something ?
