auto interrupt for arena?

can anyone make combat bot use interrupts only? so i can have full control over my character and the only thing it do is interrupt targets of highest importance?

this would be amazing and would also take the bore out of switching focus targets or getting used to arena 1-3 macros

id be willing to pay?
