Auto Evo Question Please

I have it set to evo all rattas, but if I run out of candy will it just transfer till I have enough, then evo again once there is enough candy? does anyone know this?? As I cant figure out how to set this action up.. unless its auto built in.

For anyone who wants to know if it doesn't have candy to evo it does nothing with the Pokémon. Can this get fixed please so we can set a parameter to if not enough candy then transfer only and evo only when enough has been obtained??? Thanks!!
