Auto Equip v2 - Le Sigh. Please to be helping.

Anyone have some insight as why the new Auto Equip v2 likes to put on plate / Str / Stam items as a Holy Pal? Is there a config file I can alter so it stops being stupid and takes the items with the most int / stam / etc regardless of armor type?
