Auto equip/pickup

Got exilebuddy to run and its running great but is there like a auto equip for items that are better then the ones you have?It doesnt pick up items i could use that are better then my current items or equip i looked through all the options/settings

Your best option right now is make a plugin yourself or just make a leveling item filter and manually equip the gear when u check the bot.
