Okay found this cool trick that would allow me to auto craft "x" items and then have trinity score it for me. So pretty much I can afk the whole process.
I only realized that this was possible through accident and maybe people already know about this, but I thought I'd share it anyway.

Currently will only work for crafting amulets, but this could be easily modified to work with armor, if the dev of arcanum clicker could add that in.
First turn off all the inactivity timers you have. There is a DB inactivity timer, in DB settings. Trinity also has a inactivity timer. Any other inactivity timer you have i.e. reloggers.
Set the trinity scoring method you would like to use/item score. Personally I use itemrules 2, hard.
Select what you want to craft, follow process in:

Important!
You must select an amount to craft that will fill up your inventory space completely.
Then what will happen is -> DB/Trinity recognizes that inventory is full and will initiate auto sell/salavage, then it will score the items for you and stash whatever is good!
Basically you can afk the whole crafting process like this!
